The area is owned by Smoky Valley Historical Association and is available for lawful use, subject to the following:
- Public usage is permitted between dawn and 10 pm.
- Overnight camping is not allowed.
- No motorized bikes or vehicles are allowed off of the established roadways.
- Fires are allowed only in the provided fireplaces.
- Cleanup is the responsibility of those using the area.
- Trash containers are provided.
- Groups wishing to use the facility must have prior permission from the SVHA Board.
- Certain groups may be required to furnish proof of liability insurance prior to use.
- No activities are allowed where an admission is charged.
- Usage of all firearms, air rifles, and paint guns is prohibited.
- Coronado Heights is patrolled periodically by the Saline County Sheriff's Dept.
- Anyone responsible for vandalism will be prosecuted.
